Tom Wisniewski recommended to the Scout Executive Richard Fisher and ESC Board of Directors, Dan Shepherd as the Swan Creek District Commissioner. He comes to the district with a wealth of knowledge and experience. Dan is in the process of recruiting Unit Commissioners to be a liaison with the chartered organization and its unit.
